Integrity is choosing your thoughts and actions based on values rather than personal gain. Loyalty: Bear true faith and allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, the Army, your unit and other Soldiers. Duty: Fulfill your obligations. Respect: Treat people as they should be treated. Selfless Service: Put the welfare of the nation, the Army and your subordinates before your own. Honor: Live up to Army values. Integrity: Do what is right, legally and morally. Personal Courage: Face fear, danger or adversity (physical or moral).

What is the limit of an Indian army soldier ? This question often sparks deep contemplation among those who serve in the armed forces. How far can one go in the name of duty, and at what point does the call to serve conflict with personal well-being ? Ultimately, the answer may vary for each soldier, shaped by their experiences and values Sharing one perspective which I personally ibide and believe in....

This is the best way to sum up leadership. Leader defines the limits of the team. When we are limitless, so would be the team. We must first understand our own self imposed limits, because of our own limitations. To grow as a leader, first understand your own limitations, and start managing them. Never let them manage you. Become limitless ! Thanks for sharing Kush Kashyap, CPP®CSO®PSOCS©

What's you thoughts on soldiers now being allowed to grow beards? My personal opinion, is that it's the right decision and and a step forward in mordernising todays modern era army. Now they just need to tackle the horrendous housing issues and more retention incentives to retain a breadth of KSE within its workforce. #British Army #RetentionPositive #TimesHaveChanged #PolicyUpdate #MovingForward
