The greatest hinderance to AI getting Brand Voice right.... isn't the technology it's that most brands haven't done the work to think about what it means to be on brand much less the parameters of what that means for their content and how LLMs, which are mimetic, would understand those parameters.

Transparency was a big takeaway during a two-day virtual quarterly meeting with Blue Door Consulting. My colleagues and I shared that we haven't worked anywhere so open about the business. It's something I advocated for in previous positions and never received. I hypothesize that other leadership teams think giving too much information is bad or don't want to "worry" their employees with information they don't need. Yes, we're at-will employees not owed insights into the company. But don't you want your employees to feel a sense of ownership of how well the company does? My two cents, transparency changes attitudes toward how much an individual's work matters. It makes people feel valued and makes people worry less because they have all the facts. The unknown is much scarier. #Transparency #Leadership
