I've recently come to realise there are two types of customers in the #officesupplies world... 1) Those looking for the best possible prices on everything (and that's totally understandable... times are hard and we all have budgets to stick to!) 2) Those where ease of ordering, help and advice means much more to them than getting the cheapest price. In fact, it's interesting to note that a recent survey concluded that more people look for a higher level of service and trust in their supplier than getting the cheapest price. Responsiveness is key too - answering queries and providing quotes quickly builds confidence in the customer.
