3mo100% agree with this, the impact toxic leadership has had on my mental & physical health in the past has been immense. On the flip side fantastic Leaders (like Damian Reed) have immersurable helped my wellbeing, by building me up, respecting, recognising & rewarding my talent and championing me to the business. All this helped me have the strength and mental fortitude to get physically & mentally healthy.
