Customer Success Leadership | Community Engagement | Culture Transformation | I help organisation's unlock their potential through culture and community transformation

👩⚕️ Your manager has a greater impact on your health than your doctor. Let that sink in for a moment. The environment you work in, the support you get (or don't), and the stress you carry each day are all shaped by your leadership. It’s a strong reminder that being a leader isn't just about hitting targets, it's also about looking after your people. Leaders, how are you contributing to the wellbeing of your team today? What small changes can you make to ensure you're a positive influence on their health and happiness? #leadership #workplacewellness #employeewellbeing

100% agree with this, the impact toxic leadership has had on my mental & physical health in the past has been immense. On the flip side fantastic Leaders (like Damian Reed) have immersurable helped my wellbeing, by building me up, respecting, recognising & rewarding my talent and championing me to the business. All this helped me have the strength and mental fortitude to get physically & mentally healthy.
