Building with nature in mind 🏞️🥬 Protecting our shared natural resources and habitats is a significant challenge for the built environment. We have a great opportunity to embed better ecological practices onto projects that can lead to positive impacts for communities and the planet. Last week, Mace colleagues Luisa Ramos Steiner, Alex Meek, Maria Coronado Mendoza and Oliver Conde travelled to Colombia to join Arup at the COP16 Biodiversity conference. Together, they discussed the intersection of circularity and biodiversity, focusing on how the Rail sector can prioritise ecological protection.
