My 5 biggest struggles in owning a 75+ employee business were: 1. Direct Communication 2. Connecting with everyone 3. Receiving on-ground feedback 4. Ensuring task completion To all business owners at similar scales, Here’s my advice: 1. Establish a hierarchy system for task management 2.
