Lunar Outpost Eagle on display at Johnson Space Center! Space enthusiasts recently had a chance to check out our Lunar Terrain Vehicle at NASA's Space Vehicle Mockup Facility. Located on the JSC campus, the SVMF consists of ISS, Orion, commercial vehicle mockups, part-task trainers and rack interfaces, a Precision Air Bearing Floor, and a Partial Gravity Simulator. Lunar Outpost Eagle is being developed as part of NASA’s Lunar Terrain Vehicle Services (LTVS) contract. The Lunar Outpost Eagle is designed with Astronauts in mind - prioritizing safety, efficiency, and adaptability. Its custom wheels, robotic arm, and lunar night survival capabilities make it the ultimate tool for unlocking the Moon's secrets! #TheNextLeap #DrivingArtemis #LunarOutpost #SpaceTech #Innovation NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration
I got to see it at the Space Center exhibit this week. Can't wait to take my first ride
Even you don't know why the Moon is floating, right and left? Reasons, systems, and facts. So, what's your space science education standard and status?
I want to work on the LTV so bad. I've emailed a few different people reaching out on how to get into contact.
Does it come in Red?
Looks great! Fits right in!
