Second exam in 2 days and second pass as well taking me to Practioner level of APMG. One more course to go in a few weeks for APM (PMQ) to get all of them done and dusted.

The key question we would like you to consider please, which option is better in the 21st Century: A. Attending discrete courses in programme and project management or B. Attending an integrated course which includes both programme and project management, with elements of change management, agile and most importantly inter-personal skills. Secondly, A. Ask colleagues to attend course based on seniority or B. Have a single course, which includes experienced programme and project professionals (their qualification may have expired) and those new to the profession. 🥺💬 This is a good course CSM examination, preparation questions, and mocked-up test full of 50 multiple-choice selections. 🐑💬 ➰ Product owners have self-organized, and cross-team working abilities as they develop products and help refine processes. Iterative actions create stronger chemical reactions than one time large impact. 🧸💬 In natural icecream and ice do not change their molecules when they working on different supporting tasks. They always do diligence.

I have been using these 4 well-written steps that Gabor Stramb suggests to tackle the long and scenario-based questions of the PMP exam. I have found these steps incredibly useful in eliminating improper answers using the PMI mindset. This has helped me be consistent and save time in my Mock exams.
