Justin Satterfield hits the right note about culture being king. In today's experience economy, the quality of the employee experience is at an all time high. Today's consumer considers small details like how beautiful and simple a product's packaging is during the unboxing. There is no on/off button for that level of perception and delight/disappointment. Imagine what successes you can deliver when your organization intentionally designs layers of harmony and interconnectedness into the experience. Having great culture is a proverbial "magic wand" that you can wave over any facet of your company. That's exactly what we designed here at Norwood.
