So, today I got a call from Amazon Business customer care… and I have to say, they know how to sweet-talk! Turns out I haven't used my Amazon Business account in a while (whoops). They didn’t scold me though. Instead, they offered me FREE Prime Membership if I start using it regularly. I mean, come on… free delivery, free movies, and probably some stuff I don’t even need but will definitely buy? How can anyone say no? This just shows how far Amazon will go to keep its customers smiling. It’s not just about selling; it’s about building relationships. They could have easily let my account be inactive, but nope—they pulled out the freebies. This also got me thinking about how we can do the same at UNWORK MEDIA. The goal isn’t just to sell great content or ads—it’s about staying connected with clients, understanding their needs, and going that extra mile to keep them coming back.
