Previous roles have mostly been technology-oriented, at companies looking to me to formulate a plan, and options, that are best for the business and that will scale. Taking a broken situation and solving it in an extensible fashion. What key skills and experiences will you bring to your next role? I am a technologist to my core. A problem solver who has been referred to as a “change agent” in multiple roles over the course of my career. I have been ranked very highly on my leadership approach and have been declared the MVP in several roles, over and over again. I create positive change wherever I’ve been. Once upon a time, building a Data Science and ML company was a pretty boring headline, one that easily got lost in the margins of higher-profile professional careers. Once upon a time (okay, maybe 3 years ago) building a company that spent <real> time together in a <real> office, figuring out tough data problems was a hard sell. Once upon a time, creating real, inclusive, flat corporate cultures was more a reality in business non-fiction than a reality you had a chance of experiencing. The world has come a long way, and we've come an even longer way AnthologyAI in the last 3 years. It's one thing to hear it from me, but Milton Li is longer tenured than the couches here and so good to hear about the company experience here from him!
