In addition to being involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, they also concentrate on employer branding, workforce planning, constructing talent pools to suit present and future organizational needs, building talent pipelines, and devising recruitment tactics. Responsibilities: Recruitment Specialist: The day-to-day tasks associated with filling available vacancies are frequently at the core of their duties.
