Today, my team and I had the privilege of hosting a group of incredible new employees at Los Angeles Metro’s New Employee Experience (NEE). This program is designed to give our newest team members a warm welcome, equip them with essential knowledge about our agency, and foster a sense of connection from day one. From insightful presentations to engaging activities (and even a behind-the-scenes tour!), we’re excited to see how these talented individuals will contribute to Metro’s mission of serving LA County. We believe that when employees feel seen, heard, and valued, they are empowered to make meaningful impacts.
