I teach women coaches simple, low-cost strategies to boost cash flow, create passive income, and build thriving practices they love—so they can make an impact, earn with ease, and enjoy a balanced, fulfilling life.

None of the world's greatest successes come easily. Even Albert Einstein was considered a failure for most of his adolescent life... He skipped class, never had particularly good grades, and did so poorly in his classes that he almost decided to drop out. But despite the challenges he faced and the mountains he had to climb, he changed the world… It just took a bit of time. Every failure, every challenge, and every hurdle that we overcome brings us closer and closer to our inevitable success. Maybe we don't see progress right off the bat. Maybe we don't end up down the path that we thought we would... But each and every experience we encounter teaches us something valuable. And without those life lessons, those incredible teaching moments, and those hard times to teach us what we're capable of, we wouldn't be the same people that we are today. Failure is just success in progress. You can't skip it, you can't go around it... You have to go through it. And when you come out the other side, you'll realize just how important each of those experiences was on your journey to success. What was your most valuable lesson from a “failure?” #coaching  #professionalcoaching  #womenentrepreneurs

What did you learn from your failures? Are you better off today because you failed along the path to success?

My best (favorite failure) was being fired as a professor from Penn State because (in the words of a colleague) "I couldn't gain the respect of my male students." That sent me searching for a new career that ultimately made me in two months what I would have earned in a year teaching. I love to fail! What is your favorite "failure?"

Your insights truly resonate, Lorna. Embracing failure as a stepping stone rather than a setback is a powerful message, especially for women striving for success. Thank you for shedding light on this vital perspective! 😎

Lorna Rasmussen I just saw a clip of George Clooney saying that you learn nothing from success… you learn everything from failing!
