How do we deal with that hype with our boards, right? How do we go back to our CEO's who are like, my mate down the pub told me we've got to use AI. So I've given you a budget. Go and do some magic with it. How do we deal with that from a technology perspective? Do we just say no? The problem is that actually everyone assumes I'm going to buy a I and I've got it. Yeah, that is so far away from actually the reality. The problem about AI is is to continual journey. You've got to then give people time to understand it. So unless the CEO actually accepts actually the IT teams and the development teams are now on a journey of discovery and that actually what they invest this year may be completely thrown away and started again the following year. It's a change in the way that you need to understand how to embrace this technology. So that's why I say. The problem is around the hype, Is the fact that it gives the perception that she sought it done at the end of the year rule on AI? No, we won't. We'll become something completely different or next version of it or a new enhancement. And that's the problem that actually people don't quite understand at the moment is that this needs actually your IT team to get proper investment to allow them to actually then learn how this technology works, how to then understand about data. And without that understanding obviously of and the investment in the IT teams, you're just going to carry on pedaling and managing these same old legacy systems.
