Congratulations to Creatio on achieving unicorn status with its latest raise. There are 3 key things (In Jason's humble opinion) that stand out as to why Creatio has positioned itself well for this next chapter. 1) AI and Low Code - Creatio is an AI and Low Code driven CRM platform. And that is important considering that CRM implementations have two constants. First is a desire to have tons of ad-hoc reports to manage an ever changing set of KPIs to measure. Second is a lack of skilled people to build out and maintain all of these efforts. Low code helps in terms of more permanent artifacts but gen AI is a big help for the ad-hoc stuff that sales, marketing, and service execs always seem to want. This can help with resourcing the solution greatly. 2) Built from the ground up - CRM tools have historically responded to market shifts via acquisitions. Those investments are sometimes technically challenging for customers or financially challenging as these new capabilities are revenue generators for the CRM vendor. Something built from the ground up should theoretically be smoother to implement and buy. 3) Industry focus - sales, marketing and customer service varies from industry to industry. However, competitors in those industries tend to have a good deal of similarity.
