As Localization is becoming truly GLOBAL, South America is one of the new epicenters, agreed? After spending a week with South American language industry leaders in Lima, Peru, some further thoughts… 🇵🇪⬇️ For so long, the spotlight in translation has primarily been on Europe and the United States. I believe events like Vamos Juntos last week are therefore so important to bring leaders together and make the focus more global. The level of presentations and insights shared was truly world-class, showcasing that the center of gravity for translation and localization expertise is becoming more distributed than ever. It was an absolute pleasure to connect with business leaders who are at the heart of this burgeoning epicenter of translation activity. Time and again throughout the conference, I noticed this profound eagerness to contribute in all aspects of our industry. In this short clip with Marcela Villar we discuss the advantage of the highly educated talent pool available in South America that is often overlooked. The conversations I had last week highlighted the readiness and capability to collaborate more closely with companies in the US and worldwide. What are some other important advantages American companies overlook about the localization resources available in South America David Mego, Saul Villegas Sojo, Charles Campbell, Roslyn Famous, Rafael Sousa, Eliana Alonso, Lucía Ferrer, Rodrigo Espinosa Carballada, Andrea Gonçalves Pinto, María José Alberto, Ivan Escamilla, Marisa Ramos, María Fernanda Lui, Alejandro Danielian, Mary Ann Monteagudo Medina, Virginia Careto? Advances in technology and streamlined communication channels have effectively removed any barriers that once made long distance collaboration a challenge. It's an exciting time for the language industry, as we stand on the cusp of a new era of global collaboration. Let's embrace this momentum and work together to drive innovation and excellence in our field. Thank you for a great conference and all your efforts to promote localization Juntos - Association of languages services of Latin America and the Caribbean

The Vital Role of Adaptation and Localization in Your ISO Language Provider In order to have successful expansion, companies should be communicating their message to various groups of people in the globalized world. The significance of adaptation and localization are manifested in the context of the aforementioned terrain. At IEB, your ISO Language Provider, we realize that communication is more than translation; it is a tool of linguistic adaptation, which aims at delivering your message to the hearts and minds of other cultures. Adaptation entails customizing content by taking into consideration the linguistic and cultural factors of a given target audience. It gives a guarantee that the message that you have been transmitted will not only be understood but also welcomed by your intended audience. In addition to changing marketing materials, product descriptions or user interfaces, the team at IEB is truly a master of creating content that is straightforward and clear to your customers. It builds relationships and engages the users. Localization is a step further from adopting the language itself by focusing on regional preferences, tradition, culture, and rules as well. It means conducting detailed and careful work in those areas by the use of money and numbers, pictures and colors. Localizing your content shows your audience that you recognize their uniqueness and identity. This in turn increases the likelihood of better acceptance and success in newer markets. In the global business landscape, the ramifications of lack of adaptation and localization could be immense. Such as, misinterpretations, cultural insensitivity or just crashing on the rocks with misunderstandings can burn the name of the company or impede expansion efforts. In this respect, the partnership with a reliable ISO language provider, such as IEB, becomes a lot more valuable. We are determined to make your message language independent, reaching the hearts of all your global audience without paying attention to boundaries. IEB is about the cross-lingual and cross-cultural competence that allows businesses to access and engage a global audience effectively. Whether you are introducing a new product, going abroad, or just looking to scale your brands' international presence, our team can support in every aspect of the process. Choose IEB, your ISO Language Provider, for adaptation and localization services that go beyond words, unlocking the full potential of your global endeavors. Let's work together to make your message heard, understood, and embraced worldwide. #Localization #Translation #Globalization #IEB #ISO #LanguageServices #Adaptation #CulturalDiversity #Localization #Translation #Globalization #IEB #ISO #LanguageServices #Adaptation #CulturalDiversityovider.
