Building a Tapestry of Community Stewardship The Community Conference 2024 has been curated to be a mix of virtual and hundreds of local screenings to reach remote corners of the country. Any organisation, school, colleges, institutions can volunteer to undertake local screenings for the communities, students or interested individuals. Recognizing the digital divide and the importance of localized engagement, the inclusion of satellite physical screenings has been a good addition in the 2023 edition of the conference. These screenings took the conference beyond virtual boundaries, bringing the stories and discussions to the very heart of diverse communities. This hybrid model ensured that even those with limited digital access could actively participate. The online community conference became a hub of imagination, where narratives unfolded, and ideas sparked conversations. The diverse range of stories shared resonated with community members, fostering a sense of collective pride and identity. The interactive elements facilitated real-time discussions, bridging geographical gaps and building a global community of stewards. As communities engaged with the stories and discussions, a ripple effect is observed in the discussions among local institutions. The shared experiences catalyzed collaborative initiatives, inspired new ideas, and empowered institutions to address challenges with renewed vigor.
