The latest reworking of Strapi, v4.15.5, has brought considerable improvements to content management for developers. And this has also had an impact on localization. How? • It is now simpler to handle errors in your localized content. • Instead of having to juggle through roles and permissions, the API token makes access more straightforward. • And, most importantly, extending Strapi with internationalization plugins, like the NOTUM Technologies Content Versioning Plugin or the Localazy Strapi plugin, is now much simpler. Our expert Mary Okosun breaks it down: https://bit.ly/3PUsta9

Xperience by Kentico is making the move away from Media Files to Content Asset Items. This provides for versioning, localization support, and extension of the model. Great move! But making the Baseline provide generics that encapsulate Kentico Xperience 13 and Xperience by Kentico's media options is daunting! But I think I have it almost there. I plan on adding tag helpers as part of the Baseline system that allow Image Width/Height attribute setting and titles (if opted in) automatically for any /getmedia, /getattachment, or /getcontentasset sourced tag, which is important for proper webpage metrics (content layout shift), Accessibility and SEO (titles). May be able to get the Picture tag Profiles going as well, since Liam Goldfinch created his awesome [Resizing Support](https://lnkd.in/gzPVvV5q) plugin!
