I turned THOUSANDS of dead leads into potential customers for an insurance company–all on autopilot Here's how I did it 👇 ➡️ Step 1: I built an AI SMS agent using closebot.ai. This tool kicks in when a past lead replies to one of our automated messages, like "Hi [First name], it’s Jonathan from [Company name]. We talked before about your wealth plan. Is this still your best contact?" Check out the video below to see what happens next. ➡️ Step 2: I set clear goals for the AI agent based on what’s most important. Here are the objectives it needs to achieve in the conversation: 1. Check if they're still interested in wealth planning. 2. Ask about their financial and wealth planning goals. 3. Explain our services and see if they’re interested. 4. If they seem interested, suggest a quick call to talk more. 5. If not, address their concerns and then try to schedule a call. ➡️ Step 3: I connected the AI agent with their CRM. If the AI agent completes all its tasks, it will find a time that works for the prospect and automatically schedule a call in their CRM system, like GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or Hubspot. You can adjust how the tool chats, such as how fast it replies, making a few typos to seem more human, and breaking up long messages into shorter ones. It's always honest—if asked, it’ll say it’s a bot. This automation works best for: - Outbound campaigns. - Quickly qualifying and setting up calls with new leads. - Re-engaging and converting old leads. All this happens without needing any extra time or money on employees, and it works all day, every day. #aisolutions #aiagents #aiassistants #databasereactivation #leadgen #automateworkflow

AI marketing feels like it’s in its dot-com phase. Even Eric Schmidt mentioned that "no one knows what’s going to hit... so everyone’s investing in AI." It’s oversaturated—most of it is fluff, broad claims of "billion-dollar companies" built in months. How many times have we seen "AI agents"? Yes, they can answer the phone, but can they answer specific questions for your business? That’s the issue—a failure to explain what the product actually does. Don’t care about AI, AGI, or supercomputing. Cool, but what can it do for me now? Is it set up for the specifics of my business? No prompts, no training, no DIY integrations. With MediSai, think of a human doing the work for you—actually, better than a human. Most companies think their competitive advantage is tech—latency, voice tech, etc. Demos keep improving, but the products all sound the same. In the end, the tech will catch up everywhere. Success lies in specificity, as I’ve said before. It’s not just about the voice—it’s about answering the phone, especially in healthcare with insurance agents and medical offices. Customer satisfaction increases 15%-30% just by picking up the phone. Think about that—simply answering the phone! I don’t care who’s on the other line. Can my problem be solved quickly? Yes. It’s about answering right away—no holds, no transfers. We’ve all experienced the IVR nightmare—giving all your info, only to repeat it again, hoping you’re in the right department. 30 minutes later, problem unsolved. No one wants to call—it’s a waste of time. MediSai does it for you. We take you from Point A to Point B- shortest time possible. No wait time, no hassle—just: A. What’s the problem? B. Here’s the solution. We turn a 30-min. phone call into a 2-min. or less interaction. (Our average time is 1:30-2 minutes) Problem solved. Join the movement today and sign up to the waitlist to get your first month free… on us. Shoot me a message to learn more and start your MediSai journey today. Medisai

Here are the problems most agents think they need to solve: 1. Better/Different AMS 2. Better/Different CRM 3. Better/Different Phone System 4. Chat GPT/AI Implementation Why?? Because of a few folks that scream "IF YOU AREN'T USING (insert one of those ☝️here) YOU ARE GOING TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS/BECOME IRRELEVANT/(insert some other over exaggeration that someone else told them here). Here are the problems 80+% of them ACTUALLY need to solve: 1. Get more qualified leads 2. Convert more leads to sales 3. Retain their clients You can figure out the former WAAAAAY AFTER you dial in the latter. Many young (inexperienced) agents, myself at one point included, think they need to implement all the latest tech and shiny things because 3 people in their insurance group said so, when they really just need to pick up the phone a couple of hours a day, go shake some hands, and write more business. A dry pipeline will bankrupt you a lot faster than not having the latest version of ChatGPT or a robot answering your phone. Do you need an AMS, yes. Do you need a CRM, yes. But pick one, set up some BASIC automation, and get back to writing business instead of chasing rabbits and every other shiny thing someone tells you will sell insurance for you while you're sitting in the Bahamas. (Pro tip: it won't sell insurance for you while you're sitting in the Bahamas.)

Still worried that AI might replace you at your job? It could—if your role is better suited for a bot. But in sales, the game is different. At the end of the day, selling is about connecting with people. AI bots and human sales agents are no longer competitors; they’re partners. Together, they bring the perfect blend of speed, personalization, and expertise to sales calls, transforming them into powerful customer experiences. Here’s how AI turns your sales agents into super agents: Quick Answers in Real-Time: Picture this—a customer asks about cashless garages in their pincode while discussing motor insurance. Instead of shuffling through spreadsheets, an AI assistant delivers the answer instantly, helping the agent respond like a local expert. 360° Context for Every Interaction: Sales isn’t a one-time activity. Customers engage over calls, WhatsApp, or email. AI ensures agents are always up-to-date by summarizing past interactions, making them sound informed—not robotic. Confident Answers to Complex Questions: When customers throw curveball queries, it’s tough to know everything. AI steps in with instant, company-approved responses, ensuring agents remain confident and credible. Post-Call Follow-Up Made Easy: Drafting follow-up messages is tedious. AI crafts perfectly tailored emails or WhatsApp messages based on the conversation, saving agents time and keeping communication sharp. At Ravvio, we’re transforming how sales teams work. Our flagship feature empowers agents with real-time assistance during calls, saving 30-45 seconds per call—seconds that add up to hours saved and deals won. Training is done for front-line sales teams, and they are struggling during customer interactions. Why? For instance, consider a new life insurance sales person trained on objection handling during client conversations. During training, they practiced the skills, felt confident, and were eager to apply them. But weeks later, in a real client meeting, the pressure kicks in. They apply the techniques learnt during the training, but they fumble and lose a potential client. So, what went wrong? The training was thorough, and the intent was clear, but the gap was in 'real-time practice with the real customer' before the call. Is it possible to practice conversations with the real customer before the actual meeting? During training, we try to do many role- play practices with different client personas to simulate a real customer situation. You know that every customer is very different in terms of their motives, financial goals, expected behavior, language etc., and it’s not possible to bracket them into some standard persona segments and do the practice and expect a sales person to handle every customer conversation with confidence. Imagine if this salesperson had a tool to practice with their "own potential client just before the actual client meeting" and get instant feedback to improve their skills in real-time. So, is there a solution? In fact, there is no one tool or solution that can 100% fill this gap. But there is technology that currently exists which can reduce this gap to an extent. ‘Generative AI-powered Conversational Digital Assistant’ It leverages AI to simulate human-like interactions, providing real-time responses and engaging users in meaningful dialogue. By practicing with AI tailored to real client personas, salespeople can better prepare for crucial conversations just before the actual customer call. Also, the impact of applying this tool to business performance can be measured.
