At Litehouse, we’re proud to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month through our participation in the 2024 Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk this past week. This impactful event not only highlights the importance of early detection and research, but also unites our community in the fight against breast cancer. Thank you to all our employee owners who joined in by walking with us at the corporate office and in the other communities we serve (even our remote EOs!). By coming together in this way, we were able to raise funds and spread hope in the fight against breast cancer, demonstrating our commitment to health and wellness for all. #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth #BreastCancerAwareness #MoreThanPink #Litehouse

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 9 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime. And 650 women in Aotearoa die from the disease every year. That’s why we're taking part in the #PinkRibbonWalk organised by Breast Cancer Foundation NZ this year, to help change that. Please donate or join us to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer. https://lnkd.in/g6RvnT9x

Breast cancer doesn’t wait until 50. Young women, too, can face this diagnosis, and it’s often more aggressive when they do. About 9% of all new breast cancer cases are diagnosed in women 45 and under. Early detection is critical at any age. Help shatter the myth and support vital research that saves lives. Your donation to my fundraising campaign can make a real difference in spreading awareness and funding life-saving treatments. Help protect women of all ages. #BreastCancerAwareness #YoungWomenAndBreastCancer #DonateNow https://lnkd.in/gDbnqeeC
