How do you get techies and bureaucrats to work together? For Nandan Nilekani, co-founder of Infosys and the visionary behind Aadhaar, it was making a public promise that seemed impossible. As chairman of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Nilekani spearheaded the creation of Aadhaar, the world’s largest biometric ID system. “Within a month of joining, I said, ‘We will achieve 600 million unique IDs by the time I step down,’ and people thought I was crazy. In government, you don’t make commitments like that. It sounded outrageous and implausible,” Nilekani said. But this goal galvanised his team, and everyone came together to make it happen. Today, Aadhaar has reached over 1.3 billion people in India. How do you motivate your team? Share your thoughts in the comments below! I always tell them that you have done nice; do you want to do even better I have tips for you. Even if they haven’t done better I appreciate them. Your team needs you at times and that is alright!

Nandan Nilekani was a wreck and Aadhar implementation was a diaster under his leadership and stewardship, I am sorry to say , all that philosophical talks of assembling a team is utter crap.
Sorry to say that Aadhar Card has increased paper work. It should be a unique id for all purposes
