Challenge Details: Weekly Themes: Week 1: Work Spark - Set a goal to make progress on a project or task that excites you. Week 2: Life Spark - Take time for an old or explore a new hobby or activity outside of work. Week 3: Gratitude Spark - Write down three things you're grateful for each day. It's a bright beautiful Monday Morning. I am here to re- introduce myself as we take on the second day of the challenge. My name is Rose Lamai Toing'eny a passionate Mentor, Entrepreneur and Wellness Consultant. I worked In the Corporate space as an Educationist for more than two decades in high speed result oriented institutions where time lines and deadlines ruled. These experiences as a busy peak professional achiever, my hard work almost took a toll on my health. I was however unconscious of the wear and tear happening quietly within the departments of my body systems. I Mentor and support Professionals to create and integrate wellness goals into their everyday plans and programs. This will enable them achieve work life balance, maintain high energy levels and keep their body systems functioning at optimum.. A new page is turning in my life, it's a fresh start as the globalinkedin bootcamp takes shape. A new inspiration to step out more boldly to connect with that busy high speed high achieving professional who is looking for an answer in regard to wellness and work balance. You need a health and wellness conversation, achievement is not complete until you get your wellness regime out of the AOB section of your goals and dreams. I am here to hand-hold you through the process of making tough and terse wellness choices, the brighter side of life cannot emerge until you nail this. When I started it was all bleak, but today I can say with confidence that it is doable. Starting is usually the hard part but I want to reiterate that the little things are the things that make the big difference. I support you to Start.. To introduce new simple 5 minute disciplines into your schedule. Repeat the same every day.. I due course the man/ woman you see in the mirror will make you Smile. As we come to the close of the first half of the Year My big goal is to raise the income of my organization and create greater impact in the lives of individuals and organizations.
