👋 CEO @ Redberry | 200+ professionals | Laravel & Vue Official Partner | Global Clientele | Tbilisi, Georgia 🇬🇪
A staggering number of software projects are set for failure from the get go due to non-existent or inadequate technical discovery. 🎥 In our latest video, Dati C., our Chief Business Officer, and Sandro Tsurkava, our Strategic Product Designer discuss how we address that issue and dive deep into Redberry’s project discovery phase – a critical element of our pre-sales process. Here's shortly how we do it: ⚪ Every client brief is unique, ranging from just an idea to detailed documents. Our job? Bridging the gap to development readiness. ⚪ Through discovery interviews, workshops, and competitor analysis, we get to the heart of what's needed. ⚪ Then we clarify requirements, shape the preliminary product backlog, set a roadmap, define the team and resources, and make critical tech, architectural and operational decisions. We've learned the hard way that complex projects need a solid foundation, which is why discovery is integral to our approach. If you are considering building a project, reach out to us and let's discuss how our discovery process can help to take your project to development readiness.
🚀 At Redberry, delivering excellence starts way before any formal agreement is signed - with our extremely in-depth discovery process in the pre-sales phase. 🎥 Here, our CBO, Dati C., and strategic product designer, Sandro Tsurkava, guide you through our approach to pre-sales and why it’s crucial to have the discovery phase included in it.🌟

Thanks for having me on Taylor Desseyn & Dan Thompson! It was great chatting about how helpful AI assistants are for recruiters and applicants when resume screening. I appreciated you diving into the misconception that the next-generation systems are still bad for applicants. A few relevant timestamps for anyone interested: - 7:42 - If you’re recruiting and not using an AI assistant to screen resumes, you’re doing candidates a disservice, and if you’re a candidate, why you want a recruiter to use one so you don't accidentally get rejected. - 11:53 - As a recruiter, how prioritizing your screening energy on the best applicants first improves your quality of hire.
We are joined by Founder David Head to go over this amazing product!

🚀 Redefining MVPs: The Urgent Need for a Thoughtful Approach During a recent strategic planning meeting with founders, a concerning trend in tech emerged: the push to launch products quickly, often at any cost. This mindset is alarmingly common, yet it dangerously misinterprets the essence of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). An MVP is not about rushing to market with a substandard product. It's a strategic entry into the market, balancing functionality with customer needs without compromising quality. The tech industry's inclination to prioritize speed over substance is risky. It can lead to launches like the Apple Maps debacle, proving that even industry giants can only succeed with an excellent first impression. The goal should be launching with a purpose, not just launching. A rushed MVP can irreparably damage a brand's reputation and trust. In contrast, a carefully planned MVP lays the groundwork for sustainable growth and customer loyalty. 📣 We need to shift the narrative. Please share your thoughts on collectively improving our approach to MVPs, ensuring that our market debut is impactful and positively enduring. 👇👇👇 Book Your Strategy Session Here: https://lnkd.in/emMjKSt5 👆👆👆 As a fractional chief sales and marketing officer, I'm here to unlock your business potential and be your trusted partner in success. #InnovationStrategy #MVP #TechLaunch #QualityFirst #andyhamer

In today’s competitive news environment, we know that success often depends on figuring out ways to capture attention through new opportunities and ideas. But in order to do that, your team needs to feel comfortable experimenting, being open to “bad” ideas, and embracing them as part of the process that gets you one step closer to a great new approach. A good first step: suggest the first bad idea and laugh at it- show others it’s OK to do the same.
We set aside time for our team to experiment and try out new ideas. We know we are on the right path, when we hear laughter, see a bunch of ideas on the cutting room floor, and everyone’s imagination is sparked by the final product.
