High Throughput Purification can make or break an #oligo project. From oligo therapies to primers, probes, and sequencing reagents, there's a need to efficiently collect pure fractions. In a new study, we have described the interchange between IP-RPLC analytical and #HPLC prep methods as well as HFIP LC-MS and TEAA mobile phases. A high efficiency particle (2.5 µm) is used all throughout, and the packing material is oligonucleotide batch tested for extra performance assurance.
