Hiring for two roles at Level Ventures: Associate / Principal - Generalist (NYC/SF): 2+ years of investing experience in venture or as an LP into (emerging) venture funds. Focus on sourcing emerging managers, due-diligence on funds & growth directs, and anything else that needs to get done. Bias for action, and ability to work in an unstructured environment. Possess confidence but low ego. Evidence of thoughtful writing as well as technical chops a plus. Principal / Partner - Early Growth (NYC/SF): 4+ years of early growth (Series A/B stage) investing experience in technical areas (data infra, deeptech, techbio). Successful track record of running deal processes from sourcing through investment. Strong rapport with founders. Ownership mentality. Possess confidence but low ego. Evidence of thoughtful writing as well as technical chops a plus. We invest in pre-seed / seed emerging venture funds, and growth stage companies.
