As we approach the Thanksgiving holidays here in the United States, I'm thinking about my blessings. One thing that I do every day is write three things in my gratitude journal. This practice has really helped me to focus on my attitude. Is it 1 of scarcity or abundance? Selfish or helpful? Bitter or kind? Hate or love? Entitlement or gratitude? How's your attitude? Have a great day.
