Yesterday, I honored my late grandfather, Chief (Dr) Christopher Oladipo Ogunbanjo, a man whose wisdom and grace continue to guide me in both personal and professional life. His legacy reminds me that the deepest growth often comes from moments of reflection. As I move forward from this, I’m embracing change, trusting the process, and continuing on my path as a wellness entrepreneur, sound healer, and intuitive chef. Reflecting on his life, I see how honoring our roots gives us strength to embrace new possibilities. For me, that means blending tradition with modern tools—like AI. Now, I’m not saying I’m having deep, spiritual conversations with ChatGPT (well not quite yet), but the ways technology can complement wellness have been surprisingly powerful. From designing soulful spaces to crafting wellness experiences, AI has been a tool in my toolkit, not the whole story—but a fun sidekick in this adventure! At the heart of it, my focus remains on creating spaces where healing, growth, and authenticity thrive. Whether through sound healing, intuitive cooking, or helping women rebuild after life’s transitions, it’s the human connection and vulnerability that drive real change. And as I grow, so does my commitment to fostering these holistic spaces for others. I’ll be sharing more about my journey and how staying open, curious, and true to ourselves allows us to innovate and thrive in unexpected ways. Let’s connect—I’d love to hear how you’re embracing growth in your own life! #AuthenticLiving #WellnessJourney #HealingSpaces #SoundHealing #AIAndCreativity #WomenInBusiness #GrowthAndWellness

How often do we let the mask slip in a professional setting and show our vulnerability? It was a breath of fresh air to share a deeply honest conversation with a group of stellar #42under42 alumni at an Insider Media roundtable. Back in the days when I juggled a PR agency with my three kids, my overriding concern was to act professionally at all times and at all costs - even when that cost was my own health. Being honest and vulnerable was, frankly, unthinkable. These days, I'm grateful that I know how to care for my own wellbeing - and that I can help others to reclaim their wellbeing too. The net result is that we're more effective in our professional capacity, as well as in our home life. There's no question that sound physical, mental and emotional health are the foundation of our success at work and in life. Have you ever felt like your business is your baby, needing constant attention and care? If a day goes by without your watchful eye, do you find guilt creeping in? Well, you're not alone. 👉 According to recent reports, a whopping 92% of entrepreneurs are grappling with their mental health. The culprit? Productivity guilt – that sneaky feeling that taking a break might jeopardise your business. As the founder of Dhanvesttor, I've been in the trenches for over 10 months, and let me tell you, it hits close to home. Recognising this trap was one thing; escaping it was another. So, what did I do? ✅ Changed My Expectations: It's okay not to do everything at once. Just like Rome wasn't built in a day, your business won't grow overnight. ✅ Set Priorities: I focused on what really helps my business. Doing the most important things first makes a big difference. ✅ Trained My Team: Your business shouldn't depend only on you. Teach your team to manage things when you're not there. ✅ Took Breaks: Breaks are important, not a sign of weakness. They help you stay sharp and do better in the long run. ✅ Looked After My Health: Being healthy helps your business too. A healthy you means a healthy business. ------- Even with these changes, getting rid of the guilt wasn't instant. And yet, despite these efforts, the journey to break free wasn't instant. 👉 But here's the revelation: Don't forget to take care of yourself. Embrace breaks to the fullest. The success of your business is tied to your well-being. So, here's your reminder: Give yourself the grace you give your business. In conclusion, productivity guilt is a significant challenge, it's not an unbeatable one. Remember, your well-being isn't just good for you; It's good for your business. #enterpreneurship #guilt #founderjourney #work #lessonslearned
