Personalization isn't just using a name. It’s about crafting relevance. Why does this matter? When your message resonates → It's felt deeply. Not just read. Imagine messages that reach into individual experiences. That’s the power of true personalization. It’s not about reaching more; it’s about connecting deeper. One message → Many impacts. Each feels uniquely seen. So next time, go beyond the name. Dive into their world. Personalization is the art of relevance. Make it your mastery. Please ♻️ if you found this useful. Thank you! P.S. When it comes to commenting on posts, there's more than meets the eye. It's not just about reacting to the content; it's a window into our own thoughts and behaviors. How we engage with others' posts reflects our values, attitudes, and emotional state. Are we quick to criticize or uplift? Do we seek connection or conflict? Understanding our commenting habits can be enlightening, showing us aspects of ourselves we may not be fully aware of. It's an opportunity for self-reflection and personal growth in the digital age. #FormulaEQ #FormulaEQAcademy

Reddit was a bust. I was hoping to use Reddit to engage with my users. I tried so many methods to push the subreddit: * In-app popup that opens subreddit * Push notification asking for feedback that opens subreddit * Reddit "mega post" ad * Reddit video ad * Cross posting * Calling out users in posts Overall, I spent $418 on ads that delivered 4,264 clicks resulting in a subreddit with 58 members. For comparison, the same spend on TikTok gets me 140 app installs, 239 followers, and 60,552 views. Like my old boss says "half of marketing is wasted, you just don't know which half" (sorry Daniel Liss for the misquote). I am going to try out a Patreon / Xitter combo next. https://lnkd.in/geCf7Mey IMO, the reason why it is difficult to use a subreddit for promotion & engagement: 1. Reddit hides member data -- they should a member count but you cannot see who is actually a member. You cannot see who upvotes/downvotes. 2. You cannot promote a subreddit post -- all ads on Reddit are tied to a user account, so if a user comments or clicks on the ad it will effect the Reddit user account. This means that all of the engagement you can on the ad is wasted, it does not help build a community. 3. Subreddit membership is weak -- it acts more like a TikTok follower than a YouTube subscriber. This means that even if you get a new member, they are not likely to see your posts.

Facts: Gen Z and Gen Alpha are extremely EXPERIENCE driven generations. What would they say about their experiences with you? Youre in control of…. Your emails Your letters Your campus visit experience Your phone calls Your texts What you post on social media Does it sound authentic or scripted? Do you talk at them or with them? Do you make it about them or your school? Is everything clear or confusing? Do they walk away feeling more confident or more overwhelmed? #highered #higheredmarketing #higheredleadership #emchat
