With the rate cut this fall and more expected, experts are predicting that listing prices will continue to increase. Pricing right is key to getting your home sold. Listing prices that do not truly consider local market comps and the dynamics of the local market will price themselves out of buyers. The formula to follow to get your home sold quickly includes: 1️⃣ Complete an assessment and fix all issues ahead of listing – it will be less expensive and more cost-beneficial for you to identify and complete vs. the buyer identifying them in an inspection and you have to address the issues later or risk losing the offer. 2️⃣ Get your home in order and stage your home as turnkey.
