💡Lately we had an interesting discussion with Tibor Dudjik about how many companies concentrate on increasing sales and neglecting operational setup to support it. We had an interesting case with a young construction company, which was fully concentrating on "signing the contract" and were neglecting much of what came after. Results⁉️ 1. In short term company was able to increase it's sales more than 5x. 2. Very happy customers soon started to give frustration signals, because they there not taken care of much after the payment. Those signals did not get a proper attention. 3. Company started to get a lot of negative reviews both online and inside their target audience. 4. Company's sales numbers started to drop down. ✅The right approach. 1. First, make sure that your customer service and fulfillment teams have the capability to onboard the increased sales volumes. 2. Build proper CRM and business operations to make sure your client undergoes a smooth journey with your company, no one falls through cracks. 3.
