Building the Bridge...   I’ve always been passionate about using business simulations to help leaders hone their strategy and execution skills. But I know it can be tough to connect the dots between these simulation experiences and real-world application.   Implementation is crucial and drives real business results, so I’ve been working on an “add-on” to my simulation experiences to provide participants with more support and guidance.   I was thrilled to launch the new "Turning Strategy into Action" flipchart exercise earlier this year, and the participant feedback has been amazing. I’m also working on a supporting book, which is about halfway done. It doesn’t have a title yet, but for now, it’s affectionately known as “the Implementation Booklet.” I can’t wait to share it! #strategyintoaction #strategyexecution #implementation
