Leadership Choices’ Post

➡️ 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐞? ⬅️ Yesterday we had the second part of "Becoming more agile - utilising ambiguities and tensions" with Dr. Cornelia Stadlbauer und Richard Grillenbeck at our LC Impulse. As LC coaches, we are familiar with the constant new phases of change in our clients' highly dynamic markets. We experience that these phases can lead to tensions and ambiguities and require special attention. Our clients often talk about the need to become more "agile" and to be able to act in a more tension-tolerant manner. This impulse focused on these tensions and ambiguities and how to use them for further development. Our next LC Impulse will take place on 23 May on the topic of ‘Mind the Gap: Connecting hierarchical levels in organisations’ with Swaan Barrett, PCC and Karsten Drath.
