Carrying large binders of paper job aids creates challenges for community case workers in #Malawi as they work to share important information on #HIV treatment, finances, and education. To make their jobs easier, we digitized these job aids with Adobe Liquid Mode. Through this, we learned: 1. Digital job aids eased the work, allowed them to spend less time in each home, and increased confidentiality. 2. Training to use these tools ensured ease of use and confidence. 3. Communication and collaboration with partners led to better tools.
