Attention HR Professionals and Hiring Managers, We recently encountered a candidate, Rohit Verma who displayed disrespectful behavior towards our organization and a fellow HR professional. Despite our initial concerns, we extended a referral to them. However, they repeated their disruptive behavior, even making unsolicited late-night calls. Through discussions with his previous colleagues, we discovered a consistent pattern of arrogance resulting in their past layoffs for disruptive conduct. We have documented proof, including screenshots of ongoing harassment even after blocking the candidate. This incident compels us to take action. We firmly believe in creating safe and inclusive spaces, so we will be bringing this matter to women-focused forums. Together, let's raise awareness and ensure a more respectful work environment.
