Feedback on Experience with Libas HR Team Dear LinkedIn Community, I would like to share a concerning experience I had while interacting with the HR team at Libas. I connected with an HR representative named Vaishali regarding a role they were hiring for and expressed my interest. Unfortunately, I did not receive any interview rounds or meaningful communication from her. After two days of waiting for an update, I reached out again, only to be informed that I was not shortlisted. As someone who works in HR, I sought clarification on the reasons behind this decision. Vaishali initially agreed to provide feedback but, after two more days without a response, reiterated that I was not shortlisted due to a requirement for retail experience. However, I have seven years of experience in the retail sector. When I pointed this out, I received vague answers, ultimately being told that communication issues were a factor. It appears that the Libas team may not have thoroughly reviewed profiles or engaged in meaningful dialogue, opting instead to provide generic responses. This approach not only wastes candidates' time but can also harm the company's brand image. A straightforward acknowledgment that they chose another candidate would have been more respectful. I hope that sharing this experience encourages more transparency and effective communication in the hiring process. Thank you for your attention. Hello #LinkedIn Community I just want to say that no one should believe only one side of the story. It’s not always the company and HR that are wrong, sometimes employees also fail to fulfill their responsibilities or follow terms and conditions. Expecting constant pampering in such cases is unrealistic. I am an employee too, and I have to work from 10 AM to 6 PM for which I receive my salary on time. So first, fulfill all your responsibilities and adhere to the company's terms and conditions. If even after that someone deprives you of your rights, then raise your voice. Otherwise, you have no right to say anything bad about the company or blame HR. I have been working here for a long time, and I have always seen a good environment, and I will continue to strive to maintain it. I am Human Resource Manager here and if something wrong happens to anyone, I will raise my voice.
