I 💙💙💙 it! Jobsharing in leadership positions clearly is a huge enrichment of our working culture. It openes up so many new possibilities and perspectives 💡. Not only for the individual, or the jobsharing tandem, but also for #Uniper as a company. Clearly there are still challenges 🧗♀️ to seamlessly embed the jobsharing model in our corporate processes and last not least also the IT. Like managing identities 🪪, defining workflows ⛓️, establishing DoAs 🤑, or just simple things like automatically adding two names into the box 📦 of an OrgChart. To my mind something standard tools like #SAP, #SuccessFactors, #ServiceNow, #M365 still need to further catch up with reality. 👍 ❓ Do you 🫵 offer jobsharing for leadership roles at your company? Women make important contributions in business and in society at large. We are determined to lift women up. I am proud to work at Vattenfall. Why? Last week, while I was in Melbourne for client meetings, I also had the chance to attend the Iberdrola Australia & Deloitte co-hosted Women in Energy Network/ Women In Climate Network event. It was great to hear from the panellists - Niva Lima, Rachel Fitzroy (née Hogan), Maya Malik and Jill Riseley AM on if we are accelerating fast enough to Net Zero. Here are some key takeaways that resonated with me:   🍃 While current actions contribute to 2030 targets, policy hurdles in Australia may cause delays. The success of Victoria in achieving its 2025 renewable energy targets was acknowledged, but it was noted that this was 'low-hanging fruit'. To reach our 2030 goals, we need stronger policy frameworks, openness to taking risks, and collaboration among the key players in the industry.    🍃 The panellists emphasised the importance of personal resilience for those leading the charge towards Net Zero. This is a marathon, not a sprint, and we need to be prepared for the challenges ahead. The good news? The gender pay gap is closing (now at 12%), but there is still a significant imbalance in domestic workload (women taking on 65%). Achieving true equality at home and work is essential for long-term sustainability in the industry.   🍃 While we work toward our long term goals, it is important to celebrate the key milestones along the way. One such milestone is that Australian consumers are taking action by installing rooftop solar, which has led Australia to have the highest uptake of household solar in the world.   The next five years are critical for the Australian renewable energy sector, and I am excited to be contributing by connecting the industry's brightest minds with the companies leading the charge.   #netzero #renewableenergy #cleaneenergy #womeninenergynetwork #australia
