As Dave Brailsford made famous with incremental gains at Team Sky, the 1% improvements really add up! At Dext we are always looking at ways we can improve and automate your workflow. One of the areas identified was improving the way the search function work. Introducing Document Content Search(A.K.A - AMAZING Search). Users were using search for all types of use cases, but it only matched the on the supplier, and didn't allow you to search other fields. So we have changed that to search key fields across your cost and sales workspaces. A few ideas to how this might be used: - You want to find a receipt for some fuel but can't remember the supplier, just search unleaded and it will match with the words on the receipt. - You want to find all invoices that have zero rated on them, from a certain supplier - search for zero rated and it will match all invoices that have it written on them.
