As part of Anti-Slavery Week, on day 2, we want to highlight the issue of human trafficking and the potential victims involved. Shockingly, a quarter of the victims referred to the UK's National Referral Mechanism are British nationals. If you spot signs of modern slavery, always dial 999 in an emergency. This includes situations where a crime is in progress, a suspected offender is nearby, there is a threat to life, or violence is being used or threatened. #ModernSlaveryWeek #ModernSlaveryAwareness #AntiSlaveryWeek
