Virtual attendance for us IEEE folk is only $210, and you get a LOT of insight into chip and package architecture. Need confirmation that the rumors of HBM stacks on SoC logic (thank you, Dylan Patel) are correct as the 3D thermal challenges are now significant if I'm understanding this right. However, that's a lot of silicon area dedicated to logic control.
