Consulting firm Guidehouse and two other tenants have signed deals at RXR’s 75 Rockefeller Plaza. In the biggest deal, Guidehouse signed a 10-year lease to relocate from 685 Third Avenue and occupy 45,125 square feet on the ninth and 10th floors of 75 Rock. Bruce Mosler (pictured) and Anthony LoPresti from Cushman & Wakefield negotiated on behalf of the tenant. RXR was represented in-house by Daniel Birney, Walter Rooney and Heidi Steinegger along with a C&W team of Mosler, LoPresti, Ethan Silverstein, Connor Daugstrup and Bianca Di Mauro. Fullsteam will be relocating from its original Downtown Durham location, established in 2010. The move is driven by the need for increased capacity and operational efficiency to support the brewery's growth. Unfortunately, the decision was also influenced by the landlord's unfavorable lease renewal terms. As Downtown Durham experiences rapid growth, property values soar. However, this growth comes with a trade-off. Big changes ahead for Brixton Market Just eighteen months after their proposed tower project was halted by Sadiq Khan, it appears that Taylor McWilliams and his company, Hondo Enterprises, are set to exit Brixton. This significant development was first reported by CoStar, which revealed that Hondo and their associates, TPG Angelo Gordon, have enlisted Savills and Bruce Gillingham Pollard to manage the sale of the freehold and part leasehold of Brixton Market. For those unfamiliar with the background, Hondo Enterprises had ambitious plans to revamp Brixton with a high-rise tower, a plan that faced substantial local opposition and was ultimately blocked by the Mayor of London. This decision came as a victory for many local residents who have been concerned about preserving the unique cultural and historical fabric of Brixton.
