Considering that it can take + $2B-$4B to do a car, yes $400M sounds like a deal. And if no one strikes a deal with them, I’d bet the boys in Gratz would be interested in picking up the pieces.

Magna or Foxconn will probably have to build. The hard points/ master control points probably won't fit in Nissan's current manufacturing footprint. They will have to retool a plant if they what to build in house.
