The Fall is my favorite time of year. Not only is it full of all things comfort (blankets, fire-pits, pumpkin lattes) but also beautiful as we journey through it. 🍁 What I also love about the Fall is that it is a powerful reminder of the cycles of growth and renewal, both personally and professionally. This season invites us to reflect on our efforts, celebrate our achievements, and identify areas of improvement. Let's use this time to set intentional goals for the months ahead; sowing now what will lead to even greater harvests in 2025. How might you leverage this season of change? #Reflection #Growth #Goals
As we transition into autumn, it's the perfect time for reflection and planning. 🍂 "Autumn is a time of harvest and reaping what we have sown." - Ogden Nash. Let’s embrace this season as a chance to celebrate our growth and set our sights on new goals. Here’s to continued progress and shared successes! 🍁

Momentum is a powerful thing. 🚀 I've always been a big believer in celebrating wins, big or small, and I'm probably as superstitious as they come. After all, everyone could use a little luck on their side. Let's cue the Minnesota Twins. Last night, they celebrated their 8th straight win after a tough start to the season and they're literally rallying around a Cloverdale Foods Summer Sausage. Doesn't get more Midwest than that. In life and business, it's often the incremental triumphs that pave the path to success. By building on these wins, we propel ourselves forward, inch by inch, towards our goals. Let's embrace the power of momentum and let it drive us towards even greater achievements! I'd love to know...what are you rallying around? #PowerOfMomentum #CelebrateWins #KeepGrowing

What is personal leadership? Here’s a story from the animal kingdom to explain. In a dense forest, there was a small, timid squirrel named Sammy. Sammy admired the big animals and often wished he could be like them. He wasn’t too happy about being just a small squirrel. One day, a terrible storm hit, leaving many animals struggling for food and shelter. Despite his size, fears, and inhibitions, Sammy decided to take action. He climbed the tallest trees, gathered nuts and seeds, and stored them in a safe, dry place. He even built small shelters using leaves and branches. Sammy’s efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Other animals saw his determination and started helping out, inspired by his initiative. Soon, the forest community was thriving again. **Personal leadership is about recognizing your own capabilities, overcoming your fears, and accepting your vulnerabilities. It’s about taking responsibility, using your unique strengths, and inspiring others through your actions. Sammy’s story reminds us that no matter how small we feel, we have the power to make a significant impact. How do you practice personal leadership in your daily life? #LeadershipDevelopment #PersonalGrowth #Inspiration #KorporateWisdom

The Shepherd’s Lesson: Trust and Leadership In the rolling hills of a quaint village, there lived a wise shepherd named Elias. Elias tended to a large herd of sheep, guiding them through life’s pastures. But Elias was no ordinary shepherd; he possessed a unique perspective on leadership. The Silent Erosion: One Sheep at a Time Elias knew that if he were to harm his sheep, he could do so subtly—one sheep at a time. A nip here, a graze there, and the flock would hardly notice. Yet, over days and weeks, the impact would accumulate. The herd would dwindle, and the sheep would awaken to their loss only when it was too late. The Community of Trust Elias understood that trust was the bedrock of any community. His sheep relied on him for sustenance, safety, and guidance. They followed him to greener pastures, trusting that he would lead them to food and water. Elias never betrayed that trust. He cared for each sheep, ensuring their well-being. Leadership Lessons from Elias: Transparency: Elias didn’t hide his intentions. He communicated openly with the sheep, ensuring they understood his purpose. Consistency: Day after day, Elias led the flock, never wavering. Consistency breeds trust. Shared Vision: The sheep knew their purpose—to thrive and flourish. Elias aligned their goals with his leadership. Trust is the currency of leadership. Just as Elias led his sheep, we must lead with integrity, empathy, and a shared vision. In our professional lives, let’s be shepherds who guide, protect, and nourish our teams. #Leadership #Trust #Community #Guidance #Teamwork #PicFromFreePik

I first came up with my core convictions during a time in my life where my professional success was outpacing my personal joy and contentment. Never feeling like I was enough, I was chasing ghosts and trying to win a race where the finish line kept moving. Sitting alone in the dark, quiet cabin of an airplane on a long flight home, I realized I had to make some changes, so I started to write. I wanted to define what “enough” was and the person I was committed to becoming in order to bring that about. I have had many of these moments in life when I questioned if I was enough and if I had what it takes. I envisioned an end state and what life was “supposed” to look like and well it just wasn’t happening...yet. I have talked to so many people who have been through or are in similar seasons. As I personally look back on those seasons, I burst with gratitude for what God was doing in me at that time. Deepening roots, maturing my perspective, teaching lessons, and equipping me for tomorrow. He had to loosen the soil of my hard, immature heart so that the right seeds could properly grow. Patiently produce a good harvest. Ugh!! I've spent much of my life impatiently chasing a huge harvest without even knowing what the crops should look like. Over time, however, with the help of a daily pursuit of wisdom, God's love, self-care, great mentors, and a strong, loving wife, my vision of the harvest has slowly come into view. Or at least I think it has until a new season emerges... Dr. John Delony made a comment recently and said, "Hold fast to principles, hold your outcomes loosely". In other words, focus less on the finish line and more on who you are during the race. Know HOW you want to run and surround yourself with people who help you in that effort. While the prize can be great, it is temporary. There is joy in a race well run and only one finish line worth crossing. You are already enough. You just have to believe and accept that, then go about defining how you want to run the rest of the race. #Churchillleadership #coreconvictions #lifelessons #enough #principles #runtherace
