I eat more veggies, so I can enjoy more puddings 🤯🤷♂️ Here's how it works: You see, I'm not that bothered by "white carbs" like rice, pasta, and most bread So instead, I tend to eat more veggies, which I enjoy when cooked well, seasoned or paired with a nice sauce (like the pasta example below - small portion of pasta, BIG portion of veg, BIG portion of meat sauce) This "saves" me a LOAD of calories! Which I can then "spend" on foods/drinks that I really enjoy 🍰 Homemade cakes and puddings 👫 A meal out with Meg and friends 🍻 Some beers at the pub with my dad Because when you nail "the 80%", you can really enjoy A LOT and still lose weight and have great health! This ^^ is what makes my method sustainable for my clients. We find ways of improving their "80%" in ways that they enjoy And then we ensure they have the flexibility they want, whilst losing weight. When you know what to do, it's just SO simple... Let me show you how 📞 #DNAFatLoss #FatLoss #WeightLoss P.S. Is parmesan on your pasta a MUST? Or are you happy with other cheese? My answer below 👇 (If you're one of my italian relatives, please DON'T read this 😳)
