It's almost 5 years since I set up Coreteam. I saw a gap in the Workday ecosystem and went for it. So many doubters, so many told me I didn't have it but 3 years later we became a Workday partner! The first company in Europe to hold both the services and staffing certs! Hard work always wins! Today the team stands at almost 50 people and our new chapter is about to start soon. My goal is to change lives; To create the leaders of tomorrow. Every day I spend hours learning about people, about emotions, about what makes a person happy at work and in life. As leaders, we're facing the biggest workforce challenge in our history. We have 4 generations in the workplace at the same time. How do we drive culture, how do we inspire 4 generations that are so different? There is so much for us to learn. I do know one thing, Coreteam is about to do what no one expected! It's not just about taking part, it's about setting the pace. Becoming a Workday Partner was just the first step. Now we start to make a difference!
