Last weekend I had my first, I hope of many, ADCOLOR experiences in LA. And it was remarkable. The theme of going Off Mute hit hard and was clear. In a world of people pulling back from the value of inclusion to humanity and to business, it was inspiring, humbling, perspective building, and energizing to be among those who are so clear headed in their purpose. Tiffany R. Warren has built an incredible community of changemakers and a sacred space in which to further the ADCOLOR mission --- to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, uplift voices, and celebrate those who are pushing boundaries. This event wasn’t just about networking or learning or hearing directly from icons like Queen Latifah, although it was great for all three; it was about long-term investment in a movement. ADCOLOR gives a platform to stories that need to be told and people who are shaping a more inclusive future for all of us. The energy, the stories, the unambiguous clarity on the work ahead, the commitment to change—it’s hard to put into words the impact of being part of this experience. It’s a powerful reminder of the responsibility we each carry to build pathways for others, to lead with authenticity, and to continue driving change in our own communities. To everyone I had the honor of meeting, learning from, and growing with, thank you for sharing your insights and inspiration. To the Microsoft team attending who are doing the work of inclusion every day and leading with courage, thank you for your wisdom and openness to newcomers. Let’s continue to drive change together, uplift each other, and make sure there is ample room at the table for diverse perspectives that will help us become better humans who make better decisions, and deliver better outcomes. #ADCOLOR #MakeAChange #Inclusion #Diversity #Leadership
