Want to stand out as an industry leader? Publish a white paper. Often mistaken as an archaic form of writing, white papers are coming back in a big way to highlight primary and secondary research to build credibility and earn trust with your audience. The best part is that white papers can be repurposed for blogs, social media content, book sections, and more. We love the idea of repurposing white papers so much that People First Content has added a new service called a Content Waterfall. 💧We'll start with a well-researched white paper 💧💧 Then turn that into 2 blog posts 💧💧💧💧Then turn those into 4 LinkedIn posts And then we'll turn around and do it all again with a different topic. Day 14: Writing for the Reader – Addressing Your Audience’s Needs ✍️ Welcome to Day 14 of my 30 Days of Content Writing Tips & Tricks. Yesterday, we talked about gathering the right information through research. Today, let’s explore how to use that research to write content that truly resonates with your audience. 1️⃣ Know Your Audience: Who are they? What are their pain points, goals, and interests? Understanding your readers is the first step to crafting impactful content. 2️⃣ Speak Their Language: Use words, phrases, and a tone that align with your audience’s preferences. Avoid jargon unless it’s relevant to them. 3️⃣ Address Their Challenges: Create content that offers solutions or insights into the problems they face. Your content should provide value and be actionable. 4️⃣ Engage and Interact: Encourage comments, ask questions, and invite your audience to share their experiences. This two-way communication helps you better understand their needs. Writing with your audience in mind turns content from generic to meaningful. It’s how you connect, build trust, and keep readers coming back for more. 💡 How do you tailor your content for your audience? My 3 step framework for writing content: → The Context → Importance → Action Every post should clearly outline: → Context: What are you discussing? → Importance: Why does it matter to your audience? → Action: How can they apply it? This makes your content useful and to the point.

How to consistently write on-brand content (without repeating and recycling) First some observations:🔍 Creators’ unclear expertise can deter prospects. So creators stick to their niches, crafting on-brand content. But, people get weary of the same ideas. The solution is to delve one step deeper. 🔑 Here are 3 ways I keep things interesting for myself ( and hopefully others ) 1. Reflect on past content Delve into reasons for your audience's inaction ↳ Use each reason as a springboard for a targeted post 2. Articulate ambiguous emotion Describe the emotions your readers struggling to articulate ↳ Shift from a service provider to an empathetic voice 3. Address unasked questions Uncover the myths in your readers' inquiries ↳ Offer solutions that address their core needs & concerns Take one step further to keep your ideas fresh. P.S. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 #1 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡? Without clear goals, content feels aimless. Every post should have a clear purpose. Want to build authority? ✅ Share powerful insights. Need leads? ✅ Post value-packed, helpful resources. Want to connect? ✅ Write relatable, trust-building stories. Use a planner to map content goals. Ask yourself these three simple questions: 1. What action should my audience take next? 2. How does this fit my business objectives? 3. Which metric tracks progress effectively—engagement, leads? Pro Tip: Choose one main goal each month. Example: Build authority by sharing expert opinions. So, what’s your goal for next month? Start writing better content with your writing buddy #kaminic

Here's some tips for writing awesome content: - Use bullet points - Add social proof - Keep it simple (like writing for a third-grader) - Share relatable stories - Format your content creatively But remember, great presentation won't fix bad content! The real winners in writing are those who craft content with a unique selling point in mind. Something that speaks directly to their audience, even when they're half asleep.

Struggling to grab attention with your writing. Here's the strategy to turn clicks into conversions. Imagine this: You spend hours crafting the perfect post, but No one's clicking, sharing, or commenting. Ouch. The culprit? A weak hook. It's the first impression that can make or break your content's success. But fear not, I’ve a 3-step formula to craft killer hooks: 1. Intrigue with a Question: People love a good mystery. Start by sparking curiosity with a question related to your topic. Example: Ever feel like your headlines fall flat? Here's how to craft titles that scream 'Click me!' 2. Highlight the pain point: Address a common struggle your audience faces. By acknowledging their pain, you instantly build connection and trust. Example: Drowning in a sea of content? Discover the 3 secrets to writing hooks that stand out from the crowd. 3. Promise the payoff: People want solutions. Clearly state the benefit your content will provide. Example: "Want to skyrocket your engagement? These 3 powerful hook formulas will have readers hooked in seconds." P.S. Still not sure which hook to use? Try A/B testing different approaches to see what resonates best with your audience. #contentwriting #personalbranding #linkedingrowth
