Some salespeople need to learn how to think, so they can apply it to many different situations, and some need to learn how to work & do for a few specific situations they need to excel at. All sales training needs to take this into consideration when being designed... 👉 Training for high complexity sales: No two sales processes are the same so there is no "one way" for salespeople to be taught exactly what to do. Instead, teach them the ways of thinking and overall structure that they can apply to the many different situations they encounter. 👉 Training for lower complexity sales: Similar sales plays are run over and over again and people need clear guidance on what best practice is to succeed in each of these, to sell most effectively. #salesexcellence #sales #commercialexcellence #training #kvadrantConsulting
