Some salespeople need to learn how to think, so they can apply it to many different situations, and some need to learn how to work & do for a few specific situations they need to excel at. All sales training needs to take this into consideration when being designed... 👉 Training for high complexity sales: No two sales processes are the same so there is no "one way" for salespeople to be taught exactly what to do.
