Katie Thomson Marketing’s Post

Looking to draw a crowd at your next event while gathering valuable data for future campaigns? Have you thought about hosting a competition? Competitions are a fantastic way to engage attendees, providing them with a reason to give their contact information to you, for a chance to win a worthy prize. At Katie Thomson Marketing, we’ve mastered the art of creating interactive and engaging competitions that resonate with your business. This year, we helped our client Stags celebrate their 150th Anniversary with a unique and captivating challenge. We designed and built three clear Perspex numbers filled with red foam balls, inviting entrants to guess the number of balls for a chance to win a Greendale Group Farm Shop hamper. The result? A memorable experience that drew in the crowds. Earlier in the season, we crafted a “Where’s Wally?” style competition for Michelmores. We used a map of the UK and challenged participants to guess where one of the Partners was hiding by placing a numbered pin on the map. It was a triumph, with the board completely filled by the end of day two. If you're looking for innovative ideas to engage your audience and collect valuable data, get in touch. When attending any event, engaging with the audience is key, and obtaining valuable data will provide the platform for your follow-up campaigns. #KatieThomsonMarketing #EventEngagement #Competitions #DataCollection #EventStrategy #ClientSuccess #MarketingInnovation #OutsourcedMarketing #BusinessGrowth #AudienceEngagement
