AI won't replace marketing. I firmly believe marketing cannot be 100% AI. Here’s why: AI is a robot. No matter how hard it tries, it will never be human. Marketing *needs* to be human to be successful. We are so exposed to being sold to. We are so exposed to processes being more computerized by the day. This makes us hyperaware of what is human vs. AI. We more often than not can tell when we are interacting with a human vs. a bot. And that awareness is only going to increase with the rise of AI processes. But the thing is, marketing is psychology. It’s about evoking emotions. Pulling on heart strings. Poking pain points. Speaking to peoples' innate desires. AI will certainly complement marketing teams within data analysis and it already has. However, I think organizations that have human marketing teams will perform much better than companies with pure AI marketing. Therefore, companies won’t be able to *completely* replace their marketing teams with AI. What do you think? #business #marketing #ai

People are frightened by AI. I think this is valid. But I also think AI will not overtake strategic thinking. At least I've found this with the AI that I've interacted with.
